Interesting Book

Sorry I didn't post yesterday -- my computer picked up some malware and had to be cleansed! It's a miracle I didn't experience DTs from such sudden cold-turkey computer withdrawal!

I'll post more later, since I need to get ready to teach class today, but wanted to share this interview with the author of Sweet Mandarin, a book about three generations of Chinese women. The reference to her mother relinquishing her third child for adoption is probably enough to make me read the book. Enjoy!
