Yes, that's the actual title of the article reporting that plans to open China's first human breast milk bank have been suspended (suspended?! OK, no bra jokes!).
The article also reports a decline in breastfeeding in China. I bet the milk/formula scandals will reverse that trend.
I don't have time for the article right now, but I have to read this one. It is too bad that it is not getting off the ground; it is not like surrogate milk is uncommon or a new idea there (or in many cultural traditions). Breast milk is better for children.
