(I think I heard that on NPR.) If that's true, that's pretty bad on the part of Jobs' first father and may be why he didn't want to meet him.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-316191265933534655.post-63238435263052275642011-10-09T16:12:27.839-05:002011-10-09T16:12:27.839-05:00What I found also interesting about Steve Jobs is ...What I found also interesting about Steve Jobs is that he denied paternity to his first daughter, Lisa (he was not married to the mother.) He even claimed he was sterile. Eventually, he did acknowledge paternity.

"Jobs also had a daughter, Lisa Brennan-Jobs (born 1978), from his relationship with Bay Area painter Chrisann Brennan.[5] For two years, she raised their daughter on welfare when Jobs denied paternity by claiming he was sterile; he later acknowledged Lisa as his daughter."[5]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs

I guess I would have thought that someone who was adopted would have handled the situation differently.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-316191265933534655.post-66433617099359208262011-10-09T02:18:04.263-05:002011-10-09T02:18:04.263-05:00Many tributes to Steve Jobs do exist all around th...Many tributes to Steve Jobs do exist all around the world (even among froggies !;-))
I made one, in memoriam, with the 'extra-ordinary' speech he made in Stanford :
http://cultures-et-chabada.blogspot.com/2011/10/no-more-jobs-for-steve-tribute-2.html

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." ~ Steve Jobs (1955 - 2011).Julien ChAbAdAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14521833769094223903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-316191265933534655.post-7613493850952733052011-10-07T08:34:14.912-05:002011-10-07T08:34:14.912-05:00Thanks for this.
